The pivotal trial across ten sites compared the FFRangio System to invasive wire-based FFR. The FFRangio System measured from the coronary angiogram alone has a high sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy compared with pressure wire–derived FFR.
In patients with multivessel disease, the FFRangio System shows good correlation and excellent diagnostic performance compared to wire-based FFR. Performing physiology with the FFRangio System was also considerably faster than traditional wire-based FFR.
