Global Marketing Manager – USA

Join us to become a driving force in the launch and commercialization of the groundbreaking, diagnostic & interventional cardiology technology, FFRangio™. The CathWorks FFRangio™ System provides a Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) analysis using a non-invasive Artificial Intelligence (AI) software instead of an invasive wire, revolutionizing the diagnostic value of an angiogram.

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for executing digital initiatives targeted to HCPs and patients, driving awareness and demand generation of the CathWorks FFRangio System. The position also manages vendor relationships, website properties, CRM/marketing automation platforms, social media, web/digital analytics, asset creation, and customer communications.

In partnership with marketing leadership, the Global Marketing Manager will play an active role in development and assessment of digital strategies aligned with launch plans, business goals, KPI’s, continuous improvement, ROI, and regulatory/quality standards.

The Global Marketing Manager is part of the Global Marketing team and reports to the Director of Global Marketing. The position will closely collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Operations, Strategy, Quality, Regulatory and Customer Service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plans and delivers digital strategies across HCP and patient channels to encourage customer awareness, engagement, acquisition and retention
  • Develops consumer insights and business knowledge/expertise to envision and execute new valuable opportunities
  • Implements and manages marketing CRM platform structure and architecture, ensuring it works effectively, captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle, and integrates seamlessly with other company platforms and business processes
  • Ensures marketing database is organized and segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Maintains marketing database and communicates qualified leads to sales teams
  • Develops educational and promotional content targeted to HCPs and patients
  • Partners with marketing leadership team to oversee communications with customers through the marketing CRM, including email drip campaigns
  • Leads digital initiatives and tracks related KPI’s aligned with customer lifetime value
  • Manages and communicates with digital agencies, setting clear direction
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO, keyword research, digital advertising, and social media marketing
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, analytics and maintenance of CathWorks websites in partnership with digital vendors
  • Monitors web traffic, oversees the development of web content, and maintains web server
  • Ensures that the CathWorks website meets the business needs of the organization and performs at the required regulatory and quality standards
  • Partner with digital vendors to execute digital advertising initiatives
  • Partners with marketing leadership and digital vendors to establish owned and paid social media strategies and executes social media initiatives
  • Manage social media accounts, social media content development and execution, optimizing for KPI’s and encouraging awareness and engagement
  • Accountable for monitoring performance, optimization & efficacy of content to maximize impact & increase usage
  • Researches, monitors & analyzes emerging digital/social media topics & trends to assess & make recommendations on the future direction of product
  • Manages development and organization of digital sales enablement platform and resources
  • Partners with marketing leadership to execute non-personnel promotion
  • Partner with marketing leadership to execute public relations (PR) initiatives

 

Requirements:   

  • A bachelor or equivalent 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience is required. Master’s degree/MBA preferred
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare related field, preferably in medical device industry
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management specifically in diagnostic & interventional cardiology space are strongly preferred; candidates with other relevant digital or marketing experience will be considered
  • Strong experience in and understanding of marketing automation software, web analytics, SEO, digital advertising, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and WordPress
  • Strong analytical skillset with ability to problem solve and leverage data and insights to drive key decisions
  • Strong understanding of marketing, user experience, and customer segmentation principles, best practices and analytical approaches is preferred
  • Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines
  • Customer facing skill set that includes being driven and self-motivated, holding strong communication & interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders, being organized, and have proven record of delivering
  • The ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a competitive drive, and a work ethic conducive to success.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats as needed
  • Follow-through on tasks, collaborative across different functions and extend your role beyond the expressed Global Digital Product Manager role
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects
